A product, strategy, or operating decision that could benefit from clearer reasoning.
An AI system that looks promising on paper but may be harder to make work in practice.
A social-impact, public-sector, or institutional problem that needs both analytical rigor and practical execution.
An idea, memo, or argument that would benefit from careful scrutiny.
Framing
Send the context, the constraints, and what makes the problem difficult. I am especially interested in questions where even a small improvement could matter in the real world.
